Bryan Wethington is the Managing Principal of River Capital.

Mr. Wethington currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of Blue Wave Products, a former River Capital portfolio company. In addition, Mr. Wethington is an active Director of Bridge Brothers an South Carolina based steel bridge fabricator where he led the effort to acquire Topper Industries, a Washington based aluminum bridge fabricator with a storied past. He previously served on the board of Five Star Manufacturing, a River Capital portfolio company. Before joining River Capital Mr. Wethington founded Southern Setup & Rebel Yell, Inc. Southern Setup was one of the largest tailgating operations in the state of Mississippi, setting the gold standard for collegiate game day experiences. Rebel Yell was a collegiate based company with a diverse group of holdings, including a Greek Apparel and Entertainment division. He successfully exited both companies in the fall of 2017.

Mr. Wethington owns full or partial interests in The Brand Logic Group, Tree Leads on Demand, and Bungalow Brands. In addition, he has extensive experience in diverse industries including Manufacturing, Distribution, Hospitality, Apparel, Staffing, Landscaping, and Consumer Products.

Mr. Wethington is actively involved with The Atlanta Mission and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He is involved with the University of Mississippi’s Alumni Association and athletic department. He is also a member of several business and civic organizations including Young Presidents’ Organization, Southern 7 Chapter.

Mr. Wethington earned his bachelor’s degree in managerial finance with a minor in real estate from the University of Mississippi. Mr. Wethington currently resides in his native hometown of Atlanta.
